Cancellation policy
A main arrival and departure of Saturday would be desirable. However, it is also possible on request day by day.
NEW: in case of a new COVID-19 epidemic and official travel restrictions in Greece or your home country we refund the total of all payments independent of the cancellation day.
If you cancel up to 6 weeks before the date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
For cancellations between 6 weeks and up to 24 hours upon arrival, a 80% cancellation fee will be charged.
If canceled shorter than 24 hours upon arrival full rental is charged and no refund is granted.

Holiday destination
The village of Kalo Chorio, which still offers traditional Cretan village life, can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. The beach and nearest place for shopping and eating is Gouves, located 8km from the house. The Cretan Golf Course is a 15 minutes drive away and if you feel like having a night out, you can be in the center of Chersonissos in 25 minutes.
We strongly recommend renting a car!

Traumhafter Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer. Das Haus ist Abseits gelegen wie von uns gewünscht. Die Ausstattung im Haus war sehr komfortabel, es war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde. Die Übergabe bei An- und Abreise mit Kostas hat sehr gut geklappt.

Es war wunderschön hier auf Kreta und in diesem erstklassig eingerichteten Haus mit Blick aufs Meer und auf die Insel Dia! Wir haben uns als willkommene Gäste sehr wohl gefühlt. Kostas als erste Ansprechperson war super freundlich und hat uns bei einem Problem mit dem Internet sofort geholfen (denn Internet ist super wichtig!). Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wer hier einen lustigen griechischen Abend bei Tanz und Musik erleben möchte, gehe einfach mal in die Taverne zu Spyros in Gouves ( aber erst ab 20.00 Uhr sinnvoll!)Vielen Dank!
