The vacation house Cedrat is located in the municipality of Saint Cyprien. There is a wide bay of fine sand with turquoise water, overlooked by a Genoese tower that guards the complex. Within walking distance (about 500 m) you will find local stores: supermarket, delicatessen with local products, bakery, butcher's shop, bookshop, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlor and a post office. The complex has a swimming pool (15 x 7m).
On the first floor there is an American style kitchen, a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine. On the second floor are the two bedrooms, one of them with access to the small balcony. The bathroom has a shower.
The covered terrace with a small private garden is equipped with garden furniture, outdoor shower and a solid stone grill.

Nearby there is the beach of Saint Cyprien, which is accessible on foot even with small children - well maintained, supervised and equipped (landing stages and fairways). The beach restaurants are very nice and offer many theme evenings during the season near the famous "Cabanon Bleu".
