The tenant may withdraw from the rental contract at any time. In the event of such a withdrawal, the landlord will charge compensation payments as follows:
From booking until 8 weeks before arrival: cancellation fee 30%
From 8 weeks to 4 weeks before arrival: cancellation fee 50%
From 4 weeks before arrival: cancellation fee 100%.

Holiday destination
Tetenbüll is a pituresque historic village in the heart of Eiderstedt, the North Sea peninsula with the greatest recreational value next to Hamburg.
The NordseeLodge is roughly 4 km from the harbour and the Tetenbüllspieker bathing area with sunbathing lawn at the Wadden Sea. Sankt Peter-Ording with its breathtaking, white sandy beach (for a Caribbean feeling) as well as the famous Westerheversand Lighthouse and the beautiful little town Tönning are about 15-minute drive away. After extensive cycling tours, our park-like garden with its pond invites you to relax.
Getting there
The NordseeEstate holiday home is located in the midst of a park-like garden in the centre of one of the most beautiful villages of the Eiderstedt. Tetenbüll lies between St. Peter-Ording and Tönning, a good hour northwest of Hamburg, one hour south of the Danish border. By car, head from Hamburg via the A23 to Heide, then on the B5 to Katharinenheerd, from there a few minutes to Tetenbüll. You can take the train to Friedrichstadt, Heide or Husum. From Husum, the regional train continues to Katharinenheerd. The house is located about 15 minutes from the sandy beach of St. Peter Ording and about 7 km from the Wadden Sea: Tetenbüll has its own harbour!

Host informationWe're from Vienna, and we fell in love with with North Sea. So much so that we and our 5 children had to save one of the most beautiful houses of Eiderstedt from decay and renovate it lovingly. Our favourite house can now be your holiday home.

Ja, mit bis zu 20 Betten, zwei Terrassen und 1ha parkähnlichem Garten bietet das Haus viel Platz für große Familientreffen, aber auch für Hochzeiten und Firmen, die oft Workation und Teambuildings bei uns machen und die herrliche Landschaft des Nordens und den Sandstrand von Sankt Peter-Ording genießen.

We hosted a 3 day management workshop at the house. It was a great location to have working sessions, walking breaks and communal meals. We were 7 people; each with our own bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped to the point of you could make coffee with whichever method you would like. The check in and out process was seamless. The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive before, during and after our visit so I must say overall a 5 star experience. Would highly recommend!
