Holiday destination
Situated on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, the villa is dominated by the antique Etruscan cities of Cortona and Castiglion del Lago. A short drive takes you to Arezzo with its masterpieces painted by Piero della Francesca, to the medieval villages of Montepulciano, Pienza and Lucignano, as well as to Lake Trasimeno and Perugia.
Only 4 km away the village of Castiglion del Lago with its impressive castle, shops, restaurants and all kind of facilities, and from where it is starting the bicycle path giving the possibility to ride around the lake.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Unser Haus war sauber, die Zimmer hatten alle ein WC mit Dusche, der Salzwasserpool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Die Anlage insgesamt ist sehr gepflegt. Es war fast alles so, wie wir es erwartet hatten. Die nette Dame, welche den Schlüssel übergeben hat spricht Italienisch. Die Übergaben bei An und Abreise haben hervorragend geklappt.

Außen Hui, innen Pfui. Wirklich ein schönes Haus mit super Außenanlage. Jedoch ist es nicht sehr gepflegt. Sonnenschirmhalterungen kaputt, Duschköpfe und Wasserhähne müssten dringendsten gereinigt werden, die Betten sind in einem katastrophalen Zustand & die Ausstattung in der Küche erschwert es sich selbst zu versorgen. W-Lan hat man nur mit Glück und in der Nähe des Nachbarhauses._x000D_
Die Lage ist super zur Erkundung der Toskana. Auch das Städtchen Castiglione del Lago hat vieles zu bieten.
