Cancellation policy
Should you cancel your stay, your notice of withdrawal from the rental agreement must be made in writing to the landlord. The following cancellation fees to be paid by the tenant apply:
Up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 10% of the net rental price
Up to the 31st day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the net rental price
Up to the 21st day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the net rental price
Up to the 11th day before the start of the rental period: 80% of the net rental price
In case of cancellation after the 11th day before the start of the rental period: 90% of the net rental price
We recommend travel cancellation insurance to cover cancellation fees.
Should we be able to rent out the place for the cancelled period, the rent will be set off against the cancellation fees.

The cottage is close to nature, surrounded by fields and very quiet. It is not far from the towns of Kappeln (harbour, Schlei, market, shops), Suederbrarup (shops, train to Flensburg and Kiel) as well as to the beaches of the Baltic Sea and the Schlei. The closest beaches are about 15mins away and you can explore the countryside and surroundings on a well-designed network of cycle paths.
Getting there
By car from Hamburg follow the A7 towards Schleswig, take exit 5 Schlewswig/Schuby.
Follow the B201 Kappeln, 7km after Suederbrarup exit to the left following signs towards Oersberg. The cottage is located in the first curve after you have passed Rabenkirchen and crossed the railwail line.
By train: Trainstation Suederbrarup on the line from Kiel/Flensburg

Man spürt schon beim Betreten des Wintergartens die persönliche Atmosphäre. Kein steriles Ferienhaus, sondern mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es war wirklich alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Umgebung kennenzulernen. Wir haben den Tipp der Vermieterin beherzigt und sind auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel umgestiegen. Abends im Garten noch ein Glas Wein trinken oder im wunderschönen Wintergarten den Sonnenuntergang bestaunen. So stellt man sich Urlaub vor. Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein Kleinod und wir sind froh, es gefunden zu haben. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und sie hat direkt reagiert. Wir könnten sehr entspannte Tage an der Schlei verbringen.

Super schönes Häuschen wo man toll Entspannen kann.Etwas abseits der Straße gelegen,welches unserem Hund sehr gelegen kam.Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt. Häuschen ist voll ausgestattet gleich zum Urlaub beginnen mit 3 Schlafzimmern, Küche ,Esszimmer,Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine sowie einer Toilette .Separate Raum mitToilette vorhanden. Unser Lieblingsplatz war der Wintergarten.Mit dem Auto ist man schnell zum Einkaufen in Kappeln,der Strand ist ca.eine halbe Stunde entfernt.
