Cancellation policy
As of now, 10% of the total amount is due. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, there is a special right of withdrawal, and we are happy to provide you with detailed information.
From 3 months before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental sum is also due in the event of cancellation. 4 weeks beforehand, the entire sum is due. In the event that you have to cancel, we will try to rebook. Depending on the period between booking and the start of the trip, a partial refund may be possible.
To avoid damage for both contracting parties, we strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation and trip interruption insurance. Banks offer many affordable options, please inquire with your bank and on the internet.

The town of Maderno is situated on a peninsula in a sunny location on the fantastic western side of Lake Garda, directly in front, before the hills of the hinterland of the 'Alto Garda' Nature Park. This results in a wide range of possible activities for holiday guests. On the Maderno/Toscolano peninsula, there are even sandy beaches, only about 4 kilometers away from the villa. Thanks to its slightly elevated position, one can enjoy an unparalleled panoramic view.

Die Woche in der Wohnung Loretta ging leider viel zu schnell vorbei. Selbst das schlechte Wetter störte uns nicht, da man von der hellen und großzügigen Wohnung einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See und die Berge hatte. Die Wohnung liegt auf einem abgeschlossenen, gepflegten Gelände mit vielen Olivenbäumen, wo man sein Auto sicher parken kann. Der neue und moderne Pool bietet eine herrliche Erfrischung an heißen Tagen. Durch die die liebevolle Einrichtung der Eigentümerin, die übrigens super nett ist, haben wir uns von der 1. Minute an zuhause gefühlt. Wer eine Wohnung sucht, die nicht 0815 ist, wird die Wohnung Loretta und die ruhige Umgebung lieben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank an Veronika und vor allem an Jürgen, der ein super Ansprechpartner war und wir uns rundum gut betreut fühlten.

Wir waren als Familie dort mit drei kleinen Kindern.Wir hatten eine super Aussicht,der Pool war super.Jedoch mit der Klimaanlage müsste nachgebessert werden,da es im August sehr heiss war.Sonst immer wieder gerne wir kommen wieder.Danke für den schönen Urlaub

Vielen lieben Dank,
gerne sehen wir uns wieder.
Unser Klimatisierungssystem ist innovativ, da es über den Fußboden läuft. Wir werden kontrollieren, ob das noch kälter programmierbar ist.
Wir hatten natürlich eine Extrem Situation heuer. Vielleicht muss man auch noch einmal die Gäste darauf hinweisen, dass alle Türen und Fenster geshlossen sein müsen, damit es funktioniert.
Nächstes Jahr haben wir ja einen großen Pool in der Erde, da kann man sich dann noch besser abkühlen, aber wir hoffen, dass diese Exxtreme nicht mehr so schnell wieder kommen.
Ein gutes Jahr voller Erfolg wünswchen wir Ihnen bis zum Wiedersehen
