Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or e-mail to the agency.
a) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains the property of the owner. If the accommodation could be re-rented at the same price, the deposit is returned to the tenant, minus the fee for the booking.
b) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises, the deposit and the balance of the rent remain acquired to the owner. If the accommodation could be re-let at the same price, the deposit and the balance are returned to the tenant, less the fee for the booking.
c) If the tenant does not show up within 48 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The price of the rental remains the property of the owner.
d) If the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains the property of the owner. There will be no refund, even partial.

Das Essen in der Auberge war unglaublich schmackhaft, alles, was wir hatten, war einfach sehr gut. Der Veggieburger und alle Gerichte mit Äpfeln werden besonders in guter Erinnerung bleiben. Der Service war ebenfalls äußerst freundlich und einladend (auch gegenüber unserem Hund!), daher können wir einen Besuch dort uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
