The house is located on the Italian Riviera, in the village of Dolcedo. Here you can find restaurants, small shops, a weekly market, and even a flea market once a month. Dolcedo is famous for its excellent olive oil. It is also the starting point for many interesting drives and hikes into the Ligurian hinterland. It is about 6 km from the coastal town of Imperia, the capital of Liguria. It takes about 15 minutes by car to reach the port and the beach of Porto Mauricio. There is also a bus service several times a day from Dolcedo to Imperia.
The house is situated on the edge of the village amidst olive groves and gardens, and from there you have a beautiful view over the valley, the church of Dolcedo, and the opposite olive groves.
Getting there
By plane to Nice or Genoa. Then continue by bus and train.
By car, take the Genoa-Ventimiglia motorway, exit at Imperia ovest. Then towards Dolcedo, continue to Prelá. From Prelá, 2 km towards Pantasina, then you will have reached Praelo.

Wunderschön idyllisch gelegen, mitten in den Olivenhainen mit Blick aufs Meer, traumhaft!Die Modernisierung des Hauses, sowie das Interieur ist sehr stil- und geschmackvoll gewählt. Die Anfahrt zum Haus nicht möglich, am besten man parkt oberhalb des Ortes, an der Straße,hier sind 4-5 Stellplätze. Pool war erst nach 1 Woche nutzbar, war sehr dreckig. Einige Mängel am Haus, lose Tür- und Fenstergriffe, verkalkte Duschköpfe,3v.5 Strahler im Bad waren intakt, dreckige Schrankfronten in der Küche, generell viel kaputt an Fronten und im Kühlschrank, fettige Dunstabzugshaube inkl. Insekten, Steckdose im Schlafz.hing samt Kabel heraus, Betten nicht sauber, kaputter Servierwagen, Terassenstuhl, Krims Krams rund ums Haus, Hundekot auf dem Weg, Hund läuft frei herum,Bus fährt nur 1x am Tag, zurück lediglich nach Prela!
