I provide pictorial directions from the autostrada exit 7km away. Nobody gets lost! I also provide comprehensive notes including to local restaurants, of which there are several within 7 - 20 minutes by car.

If your travel is prevented by Covid-19 travel restrictions (including quarantine obligations) on direct route from your home to Villa Elefanti, 100% of all money paid will be refunded for cancellation at any time, on request.
To complete the reservation process we will both complete a written contract including the above cancellation terms.

The Villa is surrounded by countryside, and there are 360 degree views. The villa and ground are very private but not remote. Our managers live close by if assistance is needed. The garden is designed to need little water. Stimigliano is a village of about 3000 people, 1.5km away. It has small shops, and two cafes. There is a market on Tuesdays in the Piazza. Supermarkets are 5 and 10 minutes away by car. The train station is also 5 minutes away by car (one hour to central Rome.)

Keys are in a key safe at the property.
Rome airports are one hour away by car, or 1 hour 40 minutes by train.

I have had the pleasure of staying at Villa Elefanti twice now. The first time was with friends and the second time I brought my young family. Both times no one wanted to leave. It is a beautiful house with stunning views on all sides especially from the pool looking down the hills and the vines._x000D_
The local guide/information provided was a great help. From tourist attractions to local restaurant recommendations, it’s all in there._x000D_
It’s not far from a train station so a day trip in Rome is possible or a visit to the pretty Stimigliano is a short drive._x000D_
