If travel is prohibited due to current coronavirus regulations, cancellation is free.
Otherwise the following conditions apply:
Cancellation by the tenant
Before the start of the rental period, the renter can withdraw from the rental agreement by making a written declaration to the lessor. The time of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by the landlord is decisive.
If the tenant withdraws from the rental contract, he has to pay flat-rate compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the lost profit in the following amount:
Resignation up to the age of 45 days before arrival: 20% (minimum fee: € 25)
Resignation up to the age of 35 days before arrival: 50%; afterwards and in the event of a no-show: 80%
The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord suffered no or significantly less damage.
When withdrawing from the contract, the tenant can name a replacement tenant who is willing to take his place in the existing contractual relationship. The landlord can object to the entry of the third party if this appears economically or personally unreliable.
If a third party enters into the rental contract, he and the previous tenant are jointly and severally liable to the landlord for the rental price and the additional costs arising from the entry of the third party.
In good faith, the landlord has to rent an unused accommodation to someone else and has to deduct the saved accommodation against the cancellation fees claimed by him.
The tenant is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
Mainwangen is a small village with 250 inhabitants; from here it is not far to the Schwackenreuter Seenplatte (8km), a nature reserve with many, sometimes rare, birds and a swimming area. Lake Constance, Danube Valley and Hegau are recommended as further day trip destinations and are also easy to reach at a distance of 15-20 km.

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen , Es war alles sehr Ordentlich und sauber.
Wenn wir was benötigt haben ,hat uns Frau Hilbrecht es Sehr schnell gebracht.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder hier her kommen.

Wir waren mit unserem Hund 1 Woche in der schönen großen Wohnung. Die Vermiterin war immer ansprechbar, die Buchung und die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte schnell und problemlos. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt wird. Abends, nach einem Ausflug, haben wir auf dem Balkon den Tag ausklingen lassen. Zum Bodensee fährt man durch eine schöne Landschaft und genießt die Natur. Für Pferde- und Hundeliebhaber ist die Umgebung einfach toll. Es gibt im Ort keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, aber das war nicht tragisch, denn auf dem Rückweg von einer Tagestour konnte alles mitgenommen werden. Überall gab es Obst- und Gemüsestände und Milchstationen. Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschubladen und eine Spülmaschine sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Woche war zu schnell vorbei. Danke an Silke
