Cancellation policy
If you are forced to cancel your stay at Kranichblick and have to cancel your reservation, we will of course try to re-let the apartment. If we do not fully succeed in doing so, the following cancellation periods apply:
- up to 6 months before the start of the trip cancellation free of charge
- 6 to 2 months before the start of the trip 50% of the contractually agreed rental fee
- 2 months to 14 days before the start of the trip 75% of the contractually agreed rent
- 14 days before the beginning of the trip 90% of the contractually agreed rent.
In any case a handling fee of € 40,00 is due.

Sehr schönes Haus mit sehr umfangreicher Küchenausstattung, gepflegter Möblierung und gutem Erholungsfaktor. Einziges Manko ist die Einsichtigkeit: die Eckfenster der Küche verfügen nicht über Jalousien, Verdunkelungen o.ä- der flanierende Spaziergänger oder interessierte Nachbar kann ungehindert von vorne bis hinten Einsicht nehmen, was gerade in der "dunklen Jahreszeit" bei Licht nicht toll ist- hier müsste nachgebessert werden!

vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung, in der alles enthalten war, was unser Haus ausmacht : es ist schön, gepflegt, umfangreich ausgestattet, guter Erholungsfaktor, fein, dass Sie sich so wohl gefühlt haben und uns 5 * verliehen haben !
An dem Manko wird sofort gearbeitet, es wurden die Fenster vermessen, Jalousien in Auftrag gegeben - am besten, Sie kommen vielleicht irgendwann zur Überprüfung nochmal zu Besuch ? Wir würden uns sehr freuen !

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren nach Großschwansee und waren das erste Mal im Haus Kranichblick. Ganz sicher buchen wir hier wieder. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat alles, was man braucht, wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte. Der Ofen ist ein echtes Highlight an kälteren Abenden und der Garten mit Blick zum Feld und der Kastanienallee ist wunderbar. Man merkt, dass die Vermieter selbst gern hier sind. Und auch wenn sie nicht gerade vor Ort sind, haben sie mit Frau Sommerfeld eine herzliche und kompetente Vertretung - denn sie schafft von Anfang an eine Atmosphäre des Willkommens!
