The one-story house features a traditional and cosy style that exudes serenity. The dining room is equipped with satellite TV and a wood stove. The large separate kitchen features a gas stove. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are also located here. The sleeping area offers 5 bedrooms, two with twin beds and 3 with a double bed. Two of them also have an en suite bathroom with shower. There are another 2r bathrooms in the house, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Lastly, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with your baby and there are 6 fans available.
The best plan after an entertaining day at the beach is to cool off in the fabulous chlorine pool that measures 10 x 6 meters and has a depth between 1 and 1.80 meters. You can also sunbathe on the 10 loungers and refresh at the outdoor shower. Later, you can enjoy a delicious barbecue and have a drink on the outdoor sofa at the end of the day. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. The villa is located in a quiet area of the countryside but only 1.8 km from Cala Marçal, a beautiful beach with white sand and turquoise waters. Portocolom is also very close, just 2.6 km away and there you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. Not far away you find Cala d'Or with its characteristic white houses and great atmosphere. Another day you can visit the Mondragó Natural Park or play golf at the Vall d'Or course.
2 weeks prior to arrival you will receive your itinerary that will lead you from the airport to your holiday home.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
