Cancellation policy
Withdrawal by the Proprietor
1 If the Accommodation Agreement provides for a deposit and if the deposit has not been made by the Party in due time, the Proprietor may withdraw from the Accommodation Agreement without grace period.
2 If the guest does not arrive by 6 p.m. on the agreed arrival day, there is no obligation to accommodate unless a later arrival time has been agreed.
3 If the contractual partner has made a deposit (see 3.3), the premises shall remain reserved until 12.00 noon of the day following the agreed day of arrival at the latest. In the case of advance payment of more than four days, the accommodation obligation ends at 6 p.m. on the fourth day, whereby the day of arrival is counted as the first day, unless the guest announces a later day of arrival.
4 The Accommodation Contract may be terminated by the Proprietor for objectively justified reasons by unilateral declaration up to 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Party at the latest, unless otherwise agreed.
Withdrawal by the contracting party - Cancellation fee
5 Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date our guests can withdraw from the contract without having to pay a cancellation fee. This is for a one-sided declaration on the part of the contractual partner to dissolve the contractual agreement.
6 Outside the period specified in § 5.5., a withdrawal by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible under payment of the following cancellation fees:
- up to 1 month prior the your arrival date 40 % of the complete rate;
- up to 1 week prior to your arrival 70 % of the complete package price;
- during the week prior to your arrival 90 % of the complete package price.

Die Ausblick -Lodge ist wunderschön .
Es war alles da was man für einen bequemen Urlaub braucht.
Das Haus bietet eine tolle Atmosphäre .
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Mühlbach.

Wir haben in diesem Chalet den bisher schönsten Urlaub in Österreich verbracht.
Es fehlte nichts, alles war wunderschön, sauber, neuwertig und perfekt durchdacht.
Die Aussicht allein ist schon umwerfend, dazu die perfekte Lage direkt am Einstieg in die Bergwelt und das tolle Ambiente des Chalets.
