If a client wishes to cancel their booking, they should immediately notify Homerti by both calling and writing. If a guest cancels a booking, the agency will apply the following cancellation fees: Cancellation more than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation. Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of the rental fee. If the client decides to leave the property after checking in and before the rental period has ended, no refund of the rental fee will be provided.

If you don't rent a car, the bus passes by every 15 minutes in the summer and you can visit Can Picafort, Puerto de Pollença or Palma, among others. If you rather rent a car, you will reach other dream-like places like the family beach of Son Serra de Marina, Cala San Vicente or the charming villages of Sóller, Valldemossa or Deià. They really are worth a visit.
