Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation the Agency can keep:
• 40% of total booking price if canceled 2 days after deposit payment, to 60 days prior to the Check-in Date
• 50% of total booking price if canceled 60-30 days prior to the Check-in Date
• 100% of total booking price if canceled 30-0 days prior to the Check-in Date
• Guest can cancel for free in 48 hours after paying Booking deposit (fully refund is secured)
In the event that the Traveler should request to change the number of persons, the arrival or the end date of a
confirmed reservation provided that the change is possible, the Agency will charge only the price difference
The eventual price difference will be refunded to the Traveler and the new Booking confirmation will be issued.
In the event that the Traveler should request to change the abovementioned from 29 to 2 days before arrival, if
the new reservation amount is less than the original reservation amount, the Agency will make a change
according to the Travelers request, but the amount of the reservation will not be reduced.
In the event that the Traveler requests to change a confirmed accommodation unit to an accommodation unit
of a different service provider, the change will be treated as a cancellation and the Cancellation terms stated
below will apply.
If a reservation change is not possible and the Traveler cancels the confirmed reservation, the Cancellation
terms stated below will apply.
If the client requests change of the reservation transfer up to 48 hours before arrival, and change is possible,
the agency will charge an administrative fee of 15 EUR, and a possible difference in price. Changes less than 48
hours before transfer are not possible.
• The guest is obligated to pay the full amount or the balance payment of the total reservation no later
than 40 days prior to the beginning date of the service.

The surroundings of the villa are peaceful and quiet with beautiful, pure mountain air, and beautiful views on the islands, Adriatic sea with islands and the Split city from the 36 m2 heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and cozy covered terrace leaves you breathless. As a bonus you have the opportunity to eat the organic vegetable that owner grows just for your use on the field next to the property, believe me, the taste of that season vegetables is something else. Owner pics them early in the morning while discreetly cleaning the pool and leaves it on the table just for you no charge.Our neighborhood is friendly and quiet. In the village, you can buy local food, goat's milk, eggs, vegetables, fruit, and wine. All those hosts can provide for the guests at their request.
The house is placed nearby the suburbs of Split, which gives you the proximity at all that one modern city has to offer, yet you are not involved in all the city fuss.
The guest will have access to the entire house; two big terrace overlooking nearby city of Split (18km), coast and islands; our garden with domestic and organic vegetables, heated private swimming pool, 6 deck chairs, and authentic Dalmatian fireplace cottage; 2 parking spaces.
This Villa is a unique place that is in a well-preserved environment where you can enjoy relaxing with a glass of vine and so close to everything you need for a complete holiday experience.
Near Split area is the perfect place to visit and to spend holidays. You will be in the center of Dalmacija, and be able to visit Split (half hour), small-town Omiš (half hour), Cetina river (half hour), Krka waterfalls (1,5h), beautiful town Trogir (30 min) or to visit the nearest island Brač for a one-day tour, or just enjoy in view from the terrace far from city fuss.

Uns hat dieses liebevoll von den Eigentümern angelegte und sehr gepflegte Haus und Grundstück begeistert. Die Poolanlage und Whirlpool auf der herrlichen Aussichtsterrasse sind mit weißem Naturstein äußerst edel zurecht gemacht. Solardusche, viele Liegenmöglichkeit, Hängesessel und eine riesige schattige Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen sind der absolut traumhafte Mittelpunkt des Urlaubs. Die Anfahrt über die Bergstraße ist jeden gefahrenen Kilometer wert und der Blick auf die Bucht von Split wunderschön.
Die Gastgeber sind super nett und zuvorkommend so dass es einem an Nichts fehlt. Wir wurden sogar mit selbst angebautem Obst und Gemüse versorgt, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten.
Wir haben in der Villa Runje eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir hatten die Villa Runje im Juli für eine Woche gemietet+können wirklich sagen dass diese Unterkunft alle Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Angefangen von der Lage in den Bergen oberhalb von Split mit spektakulären Ausblicken (die Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse sind einfach zauberhaft) über die Ausstattung (wunderschöner, großer Pool und ein Jacuzzi ) Klimaanlage, hochwertige, geschmackvolle Möbel, super ausgestattete Küche, liebevoll gestaltete Bäder, ein herrlicher, gepflegter Garten.....
Hier stimmt einfach alles!
Darüber hinaus sind Mare und Zdenko unheimlich herzliche und liebevolle Gastgeber, die mit ihrer warmherzigen, aber immer sehr angenehm zurückhaltenden Art dafür sorgen, dass man sich von Anfang an zu Hause und willkommen fühlt (inkl. Tipps + Reservierung fürs Abendessen+ eigenes Gemüse/Obst:-)
