Holiday destination
Directly near our house you can start nice and easy walks right on the romantic lake.
You can have a quiet vacation just for relaxing, but if you like, you also find a lot of outdoor and off course also indoor activities!
The very clear and unspoilt water of the lake invites vou to all non motorised watersports, sailing surfing kiting and naturely for swimming.
No motorboats are allowed on the lake, so all our fishes in the lake taste fantastic! You can buy a license for a day or for a week an try to catch one of our famous laketrouts or pikes or many others more. On our boat-rental you get a special discount for the fishingboats.
The Lake is in the south of munich in the bavarian alps at obout 800 meters over the sea level!
Getting there
A 95, Autobahn München-Garmisch-Partenkirchen, exit Murnau/Großweil,
to Kochel am See and Walchensee!
Drivingtime München-Walchensee 50 minutes!

Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man benötigt. Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig freundlich und nett. Der Ausblick auf den See und die Berge lässt einen die Lage direkt an der Bundesstraße vergessen. Es ist gut, dass man einen eigenen Parkplatz hat.

Auch für uns, die den von Ihnen angesprochenen "Traumblick" von Ihrer Ferienwohnung, zum See und zum Karwendelgebirge, ja eigentlich jeden Tag geniessen können, ist es auch einfach immer wieder wunderschön!

Diese Wohnung ist ein Glücksgriff!
Tolle Lage und sehr, sehr nette Vermieter, sogar meine beiden Lieblinge sind willkommen!
Zunächst hatte ich ein wenig Angst, da alle Wohnungen und Restaurants hier in Urfeld an der B11 liegen und es besonders an den Wochenenden viel Verkehr gibt und es sehr laut auf der Straße ist :/.
Aber:
In meiner Wohnung hört man ÃœBERHAUPT NICHTS☺ï¸ï¿½ï¿½
Ein wunderbarer Wanderweg beginnt DIREKT vom Haus / entlang des Sees und OHNE jeglichen Straßenlärm.�
Und ich muss hier keine Parkgebühren zahlen, weil ich hier wohne.��
Die Stadt selbst ist nicht so toll -�
Sie besteht ohnehin nur aus einer Straße (B11), und zum Einkaufen oder für eine köstliche Mahlzeit empfiehlt es sich, in die nächste Stadt zu fahren.
z.B. Wallgau: Wunderbar!!!!

Krün ist 15 Minuten entfernt, und dort kann man WIRKLICH gut essen! Ich habe das griechische Restaurant und den Bayrischen Hof ausprobiert ���
Mittenwald ist etwa 30 Minuten entfernt.
Es ist ein TRAUM FÃœR NATURLIEBHABER (Buckelwiesen)... Ich war bereits zweimal dort.
Fazit! Die Asenstorfer Wohnung ist eine ideale Wohnung, um die schöne Natur und den See zu erkunden.
Ich habe das Café am See noch nicht ausprobiert... Bewertung folgt �
