Cancellation policy
If the renter cancels the contract before the rental starts without naming another renter who will rent under the same conditions, damages will be charged with the calculation of the saved expenses (excluding for the end cleaning) if the property cannot be re-rented: Cancellation up 49 days prior to the start date of the rental 10 % of the rental price up to 35 days before the start of the rental 30% of the rental price up to 21 days prior to arrival 60% of the rental price up to 14 days prior to arrival 90% of the rental price otherwise (later than 14 days before rental period) 100% of the rental price At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee. Hallenberg is a member of the Wintersport Arena Sauerland. As the largest winter sports region north of the Alps, the Wintersport Arena offers 150 ski lifts, 65 snow-covered slopes and roughly 300 km of groomed cross-country skiing trails. The hills, mountains, forests and valleys offer optimal conditions for cycling – from easy to challenging. An oasis for all hiking enthusiasts!
Holiday destination
The historic town with its half-timbered houses at the foot of the Rothaar Mountains boasts numerous well-maintained monuments and an attractive location in the 'Medebacher Bucht', a natural area and, due to its great ecological importance, a European bird sanctuary and habitat for numerous endangered animal and plant species. North Rhine-Westphalia's third smallest town is known as a place of pilgrimage and for its open-air stage in a former quarry.
Getting there
Hallenberg is the southernmost town in the Hochsauerlandkreis, located at the "foot of the rock massif of the Rothaar Mountains" on the border of Hesse. Good transport links, mostly via the B236 and B480.

Wir waren für 5 Tage mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern in der Villa Sauerland. Natürlich waren der Pool, die Sauna und das Spielzimmer die Highlights. Wir mussten uns außerhalb des Hauses keine weiteren Ausflugsziele ausdenken. Das trübe Wetter spielte also keine Rolle. Ansonsten bietet das Haus alles was die Ausschreibung verspricht. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und auf 12 Personen ausgelegt (z.B. große Töpfe und Pfannen). Der Wintergarten mit seinem beeindruckenden Esstisch ist ein Traum. Dazu das große Wohnzimmer und weitere Nischen geben auch den Erwachsenen genug Raum für Gemeinsamkeit, ebenso wie für Rückzug. Im Sommer sicherlich ein Erlebnis auch den Außenbereich zu genießen. Alles in Allem haben wir die beste Wahl für unsere Familienwoche getroffen.

Die Villa ist wunderschön mit atemberaubenden Ausblicken und viel Ruhe und Frieden. Sie bietet alles, was man für einen fantastischen Urlaub wünschen kann. Alle Einrichtungen sind in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die Villa verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten eines Zuhauses. Der Spielraum wurde von Erwachsenen, die Dart spielten, sowie von Kindern sehr geschätzt. Der große Garten bietet einen hervorragenden Außenbereich, und der Pool sowie die Sauna waren hervorragend. Wir waren bereits mehrfach dort und freuen uns darauf, in naher Zukunft einen weiteren Urlaub zu organisieren.
