Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of a reservation by the user :
- more than 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period, the user must deposit 30% of the total rent as penalty;
- less than 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period, the user is obliged to pay the full rent.
It is also recommended that the tenant takes out holiday insurance to cover cancellation of the holiday rental.

In July and August, arrival is only possible on Saturdays and Sundays - please contact us if you have any questions.
