Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of a reservation by the user :
- more than 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period, the user must deposit 30% of the total rent as penalty;
- less than 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period, the user is obliged to pay the full rent.
It is also recommended that the tenant takes out holiday insurance to cover cancellation of the holiday rental.

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden, die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und durchdacht, zum Wohlfühlen von der ersten Sekundean. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Abwicklung im Vorfeld verlief reibungslos. Wir hatten kurz vorher noch ein Upgrade auf die größere Wohnung erhalten.
