Our family-run House Simone in Milders, a district of Neustift in the Stubai Valley, is only 200 meters from the small Sonnenberglift and delights you with a holiday apartment in a sunny, central, and peaceful location. The location of House Simone allows for a convenient and car-free journey with your family.
In the holiday apartment, awarded with 4 Edelweiss, you will have free high-speed fiber-optic internet (Wi-Fi and LAN with up to 350/50 MB/sec.) at your disposal, and from the large balcony, you can enjoy the stunning mountain view.
You will be only 2.5 km from Neustift in the Stubai Valley and 15 km from the Stubaier Glacier ski area. Thanks to the quiet location near the center, you can reach the supermarket, restaurants, and cafés in just a 2-minute walk.
The family-friendly holiday apartment with 4 separate bedrooms is suitable for up to 9 people and is furnished in a modern Tyrolean style with a fully equipped new kitchen. For your children, a crib and a high chair are available. If desired, there is a morning bread delivery service in your holiday apartment.
In our generous outdoor area with a garden and sunny balcony, you can unwind while watching your children play on the lovingly designed playground with swings, slide, toys, and trampoline.
House Simone in Neustift offers an ideal starting point for activities in the Stubai Valley such as skiing in Schlick 2000 or at the Stubaier Glacier, cross-country skiing, hiking, or a mountain bike tour.
The free ski bus, which takes you to the family-friendly ski area Schlick 2000 or the snow-sure Stubaier Glacier, can also be reached from the house in just 2 minutes on foot. In winter, you will find the Sonnenberglift, the cross-country ski trail, and hiking paths right in front of our House Simone.
For sports enthusiasts, night skiing at the Sonnenberglift and the daily illuminated cross-country ski trail is a special attraction. The Elfer lifts are only 3 km away, as is the Oberbergtal, where you can have a fun toboggan ride with your family. If needed, we are happy to lend you a sled. In summer, the health lake, located just 10 minutes away, invites you to relax and soak up the sun.
The host is out and about in the mountains both summer and winter and will gladly provide information and tips for mountain and cycling tours. You can easily rent skiing equipment in the surrounding sports stores. After a skiing day at the Stubaier Glacier or one of the other ski areas in the Stubai Valley, you can store your ski equipment in our ski cellar.
Make your holidays with your family in our House Simone an exciting experience with trips to nearby places like the Adventure Park in Fulpmes or the Bird of Prey Park in Telfes. The villages are only about 10 minutes from Neustift in the Stubai Valley and are easily accessible by car or bus.
