Cancellation policy
Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 60 days before arrival, the deposit - if already paid - will be fully reimbursed by us.
If the cancellation is made later, we will of course try to re-let the room immediately, but the deposit will only be reimbursed if the cancelled period can actually be re-let. Otherwise, we will keep the deposit as a 'no-show fee' to cover the running costs.

Holiday destination
Our house is located in a preferred, quiet residential area in the Garmisch district. You can reach many hiking trails and the centre of Garmisch in just a few minutes on foot. A toboggan slope, which is very popular with children of all ages in winter, is also right around the corner.
Well-known places like Mittenwald, Ettal or Oberammergau, the royal castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein as well as the neighbouring Tyrol can be reached from Garmisch-Partenkirchen within a radius of 100 km. Munich, Augsburg and Innsbruck also make excellent day trips.
Getting there
Garmisch-Partenkirchen can be reached by car via the A95 or A7, and by train to Garmisch-Partenkirchen station. The nearest airports are Munich (a good 200 km) or Innsbruck (Austria, approx. 55 km).

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung und herrlichem Bergpanorama! Die Lage ist super. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen.
Familie Deutinger ist die beste Gastgeberfamilie, die man sich wünschen kann.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Einfach nur ein Traum. Wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung die keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Von den 2 Balkonen wunderschöne Ausblick. Wir haben bis spät in der Nacht noch auf dem Balkon gesessen und den Blick auf den Alpspitz und Umgebung genossen. Die Seniorchefin des Hauses steht einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hat immer den perfekten Tipp. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Danke liebe Familie Deutinger
