Cancellation policy

If entry is not possible due to Corona, you can cancel free of charge. There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in the sense of Art. 1382 of the Civil Code: Up to 20 days before the day of arrival, the reservation can be cancelled without a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. For cancellations by the guest in the period from the 20th day before the agreed day of arrival to the day of arrival itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees: Cancellation up to 8 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price Cancellation less than 8 days before the day of arrival: 80% of the agreed total price In case of no-show by the guest ("no show") or in case of early departure by the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full. Please inform us in time if you are unable to start your holiday.

Holiday destination

Kaltern is one of the most beautiful holiday destinations in South Tyrol. Lake Kaltern with its splendid leisure activities, the village with its lively market square, and the numerous surrounding districts, all set in a wine-influenced cultural landscape, offer a true spectacle.

Getting there

From Munich in about 3 1/2 hours on the motorway. From the Brenner Pass to the Bozen-SÃ¼d motorway exit. From there, a few kilometers via the expressway (MeBo) towards Merano. To reach Kaltern, take the first exit (Eppan). After the exit, head towards Eppan/Kaltern. Once in Kaltern, you will come to a roundabout. There, keep in the direction of Lake Kaltern. Upon arriving at the lake, about 200 meters after the entrance to the bathing beaches, a path leads to St. Josefhof. If you take the Neumarkt exit, simply keep heading towards Kaltern. As soon as you reach Lake Kaltern, just follow our address.

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt._x000D_ Wir waren über Silvester da und es war PERFEKT!!!_x000D_ Die Familie Bertagnoll war ausgesprochen nett, herzlich und sehr zuvorkommend._x000D_ Habe mich sofort zu Hause gefühlt._x000D_ Besonders empfehlenswert ist der hausgemachte Apfelsaft…ein echtes Highlight :-)_x000D_ Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt._x000D_ Danke & Lieben Gruß
