Eine Wohnung im 1. OG eines Einfamilienhauses, die sowohl sehr zweckmäßig als auch äußerst liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet ist, man fühlt sich dort sofort sehr wohl. Nette, freundliche Vermieterin.

Gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung mit vielen Küchengeräten. 2 gemütliche Schlafzimmer, kleine Essecke, kleines Wohnzimmer mit vielen Büchern und einigen Spielen, relativ neues großes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche und Regenwaldbrause. Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten (Morgen- und Abendsonne) und Blick in den schönen Garten (darf auch benutzt werden). Ruhige Wohngegend, trotzdem zentral gelegen. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis in den Ort. Viele Wanderungen, Radtouren und Stadtbesichtigungen wie Würzburg, Bamberg oder Rothenburg ob der Tauber möglich.
Sehr nette und angagiertte Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll dekoriert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
