War ganz ok, vielleicht anderes Waschpulver verwenden, die Handtücher "stanken"... Ziemlich ruhige Lage, der Besitzer wohnt nebenan, leicht nach Informationen zu fragen. Es gibt einen negativen Punkt: Die Terrasse befindet sich im Obergeschoss und ist vom Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich, was nicht praktisch ist.
