Wir hatten ein Haus mit Whirlpool gebucht, doch bei unserer Ankunft war dieser nicht vorhanden. Nach einigem Hin und Her kam der Vermieter am nächsten Tag vorbei und teilte uns mit, dass der Whirlpool bereits vor über einem Monat kaputtgegangen und durch eine Sauna ersetzt worden sei, die ebenfalls erst am zweiten Abend unseres Aufenthalts in Betrieb genommen wurde.
Wir hatten ausdrücklich ein Haus mit Whirlpool gebucht, da wir Saunen nicht mögen.
Wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, dass der Whirlpool defekt war. Wäre dies geschehen, hätten wir in Absprache mit dem Vermieter ein anderes Haus mit Whirlpool auswählen können. Nun haben wir viel Geld für etwas bezahlt, das wir nicht erhalten haben.

Das Haus ist wunderbar geräumig und der Kühlschrank ist fantastisch.
Wir haben auch den Pool sehr genossen. Es ist alles da, was man für einen fantastischen Urlaub braucht.
Allerdings war der Whirlpool kaputt, wofür wir nur eine sehr geringe Entschädigung erhielten. Ich habe das Haus nicht sauber vorgefunden; viele Lampen waren auch kaputt.
