Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival 20%, to 30 days 40%, to 14 days 50%, from 13 days prior to arrival 75% and from 7 days prior to arrival 100% of the agreed upon rental price must be paid. In any case there will be at least a 25.00 EUR processing fee. The rent to be paid is reduced by the amount the owner receives by re-renting the apartment during the contract period.

Holiday destination
Malchow is located in the heart of Mecklenburg and is a climatic spa town and island town. There are well developed cycling and hiking trails, museums, castles, farmhouses, 2 spas and the golf course in Fleesensee nearby. The original nature inspires everyone.
The city of Malcow is a great excursion destination: with the cloisters museum with its famous organ, an increasingly beautiful old town with lovely cafes and restaurants and museums and cultural events.
Getting there
Motorway A19, "Malchow" exit towards Malchow. After 1.6 km, turn right and drive another 1.6 km to Malchow. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Rostocker Strasse. At the end turn right onto Bahnhofstrasse.
After about 50 m at the next intersection, turn left onto Gartenstrasse and drive straight on until the last property on the right side, Gartenstrasse 19, 17213 Malchow.

Wir haben im Bungalow (Apartment 5) übernachtet und es war absolut fantastisch. 50 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche und Badezimmer – ein echtes Kino. Wirklich perfekt für zwei Personen. Wunderschön eingerichtet, mit großem Augenmerk auf Details. Eine erstklassige Küche. Die kleine Terrasse am Haus ist ebenfalls perfekt groß zum Sitzen, Liegen oder Grillen. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den See. Nach etwa 20 Schritten ist man direkt am See, der wirklich großartig ist. Es gibt auch Sitzgelegenheiten am See, wo man einfach entspannen und abschalten kann. Und obwohl die anderen Apartments in der Villa belegt waren und es dort andere Gäste gab, hatte man seine Ruhe und Stille. Die drei Stege laden einfach dazu ein, ins Wasser zu springen. Mit Kindern kann man auch den etwa 1 km entfernten Strand (kostenlos) nutzen; er ist ebenfalls sehr schön und hat sogar ein Sprungbrett. Wir haben in der Stadt für die Woche ein Kajak gemietet und konnten es problemlos an einem der Stege festmachen. Wir können die Villa Blanck auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Urlaub in einer wirklich schönen Gegend und einer hervorragenden Unterkunft.
