SURROUNDINGS close to CASA ROXY you have:
2 beaches:
- Piona beach 1.2 km distance (20 minutes walk from the house)
- Ontano beach (kite surfer and wind surfer paradise) 2,5 km ( 5 minutes by car, 30 min walk).
The town centre, 1.5 kms, away offers, many restaurants, small grocery shops, bakeries, butchers, grocery shops, ice-cream parlors, and pharmacies.
Colico's central train station is 2.5km from the house ( 6 min car drive) many destinations ( Varenna, Bellano, Lecco, Chiavenna, Sondrio, Tirano) can be reached from Colico including trains to the city of Milano ( 1h25min) where you can enjoy shopping, sites, museums.
Colico ferry boat departures are 2.5 km from the house, destinations such as Como, Bellano and Varenna can be easily reached
Each Friday mornings from 8 to 1pm, there is the outdoor market (viale Padania) where you can buy local products of the territory and Italian gastronomy, along with clothing, shoes, fresh fish etc.
The shopping mall, Iperal Fuentes, with more than 60 shops is open 7 days per week and it's only a 10 minute drive from Casa Roxy.
Getting there
Flight from Milano Malpensa (109 km), Linate (96 km) or Bergamo (85km). We recommend that you rent a car to reach Colico journey takes about 1h 45m/2 hours (depending on traffic).
Colico train station is 2.5 km from the apartment, trains available to/from Milan every hour. Piona train station is 1 km from Casa Roxy.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in der Casa Roxy. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Ezio hat uns vor dem Haus sehr freundlich empfangen und uns direkt den Tiefgaragenstellplatz gezeigt. Mit dem Fahrstuhl konnten wir dann in die 1. Etage die Koffer hochbringen. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön, wir hatten ihn auch immer für uns allein. Die Umgebung Comer See kann man von Colico aus gut erkunden. Die meisten Orte erreicht man in max. 1 Stunde. Nach Milano sind wir entspannt von Colico aus mit dem Zug gefahren. Das Auto haben wir direkt am Bahnhof geparkt (kosten pro Tag: 10EUR)
Ich kann die Ferienwohnung zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen.
