Leider wird die Unterkunft nicht direkt über Belvilla gebucht, sondern über ein Partnerunternehmen namens „Dancenter“.
Service, Erreichbarkeit und Betrieb dieses Unternehmens sind nicht optimal.
Sobald man sich bei Belvilla darüber beschwert, entzieht man einem die Unterstützung und verweist an Dancenter.
Schade um den Service, denn das Haus selbst ist in Ordnung.
