Cancellation policy
It can always happen that a trip has to be canceled. For your own safety, we therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for vacation home rentals. You can find offers for this on the usual insurance comparison portals.
Unfortunately, we have to charge the following cancellation costs:
- 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10 % of the rental price
-35 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price
- 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
-14 days before the start of the rental period: 90 % of the rental price.
Nevertheless, the landlord shall endeavor to rent the rental property to other parties.

Die sehr gut ausgestattete Kugel ist gemütlich Sauna, Kamin und Whirlwanne bieten Luxus. Die Kommunikation war einfach und angenehm. Der See und die Natur der Umgebung wunderschön, für Radtouren gibt es jedoch beschränkte Möglichkeiten. Uns fehlte etwas kulturelles Angebot.

Herzlichen Dank für Ihre freundliche Bewertung. Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie sich in unserer Kugel wohlgefühlt haben und Sauna, Kamin sowie Whirlwanne für entspannte Momente gesorgt haben. Schön, dass auch die Kommunikation für Sie angenehm war und Sie die Natur rund um den See genießen konnten. Was das kulturelle Angebot betrifft: Leider haben wir darauf wenig Einfluss, aber vielleicht entdecken Sie bei einem nächsten Besuch etwas Passendes in den Flyern, die wir im Ferienhaus für Sie ausgelegt haben. Auch für Radtouren gibt es schöne Möglichkeiten – direkt ab Haus ist die Auswahl zwar etwas begrenzt, aber die Strecke um den Tollensesee ist landschaftlich sehr reizvoll, und ein Ausflug ins benachbarte Neubrandenburg lohnt sich ebenfalls. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen!

Ein modernes und hochwertiges Ferienhaus, super Küche, Sauna. Alles da was man braucht.
Einziger Wermutstropfen, die kleine Dusche, aber ansonsten nix auszusetzen.
