From 59 - 30 days before the rental 50 % of rental will be retained .
From 29 - days or less to the rental date 90 % of the rental will be retained .
If the property can be re-let without loss , the refund takes place after arrival of the replacement guests

Holiday destination
The House is located near the picturesque village of Zebegény, which lies along the Danube River and is located on the edge of the Börszöny mountains. The Börzsöny is mostly nature reserve where deer and wild boar can be found.The 'Danube Knee' is wellknown for its natural uniqueness for the Hungarian fauna and flora, but also for the Hungarian culture. From Zebegény it is easy to make excursions to places such as Szentendre, Vac, Estergom and of course the capital city Budapest.

Host informationWe are Family kramers from Holland. Because my wife is Hungarian we have a holiday house in Zebegeny. I am a professional musician and my wife is a silversmith. We have two boys. 10 and 15 years old.

Wunderschönes Haus! Wunderschön gelegen mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die Donau, was für ein Erlebnis. Wunderschöne Natur und reizende Dörfer in unmittelbarer Nähe, und Budapest ist mit dem Auto und dem Zug sehr gut erreichbar. Für alle, die die Natur, Ausblicke und eine gute Unterkunft suchen, ist dieses Haus sehr zu empfehlen.
