Cancellation policy
The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the start of the lease. In the event of such withdrawal, the landlord will claim compensation as follows:
Withdrawal up to 45 days before the start of the lease: 10% of the rental price Withdrawal from 44 days to 33 days before the start of the lease: 30% of the rental price Withdrawal from 32 days to 22 days before the start of the lease: 60% of the rental price Withdrawal from 21 days to 12 days before the start of the lease: 80% of the rental price Withdrawal from 11 days before the start of the lease until the start of the lease: 90% of the rental price
The tenant has the right to provide a replacement tenant who will take over the apartment in full."1 This means that if the tenant needs to cancel the lease agreement, the landlord will apply the specified compensation percentages based on the timing of the cancellation. Additionally, the tenant can propose a replacement tenant to take over the lease.

Getting there
By car, take the A10 motorway exit in Erkner and follow the country road through Grünheide to reach Kagel. Alternatively, if you’re coming from the B1 federal highway, turn off at the gas station in Lichtenow and head directly into the village of Kagel. The Seestraße (Lake Street) begins at the Fließbrücke (Stream Bridge), where you’ll also find the bus stop. From there, it’s only about 300 meters to the vacation home.
You can also easily reach us by public transportation. The Regional Express RE1 stops in Erkner or Fangschleuse. Take Bus 429 towards Herzfelde and get off at the Kagel Fließbrücke stop. Then it’s just another approximately 300 meters to the vacation home.
