Cancellation policy
Cancellation
-from the day the advance payment is received by the tenant up to 14 days before the start of the rental period, no processing fee/cancellation fee
-from 14 days to 8 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total price must be paid
In the event of cancellation less than eight days before the start of the rental period, 80% of the travel price must be paid. The date of receipt of your cancellation message counts. Previous payments will be calculated in.
(1) If the tenant discontinues the stay prematurely, they remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
(2) The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord suffered no or significantly less damage as a result of the cancellation. The tenant can designate a replacement tenant who is prepared to assume the rental contract in their place. The landlord can decline the third person if they do not appear to be able to pay the fee or are unreliaable.
(3) The landlords will also try to find a replacement tenant.
(4) The statutory withdrawal and termination options remain unaffected.
It is always recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Our holiday home for well-being and relaxation – located directly at the Eifel National Park in Monschau-Rohren – is the perfect starting point for numerous excursions, varied hiking tours, and great leisure time in the North Eifel.
Getting there
Arrival via the A1 motorway from Cologne/Koblenz/Trier: leave the motorway at junction 111 Wißkirchen. Follow the B266 towards Schleiden to Schleiden-Herhahn. Turn left onto the L207 towards Monschau. Follow the L207 to the B258. Turn right onto the B258 towards Aachen/Monschau. After approx. 9.5 km, turn right onto the K26 in the direction of Rohren. Once you reach the village, take the first left. You are on the desired road Your holiday home at Leykaulstraße 18 is the third house on the left.
Arrival via A44 from Aachen/Düsseldorf/Belgium/Netherlands: leave the motorway at junction 2, Aachen-Lichtenbusch, and follow the B258 in the direction of Monschau. Stay on the B258 for about 30 km. In Monschau-Imgenbroich, turn left onto the K21/Grünentalstraße in the direction of Hammer. Follow the K21 for approx. 3 km. After crossing the Rurbrücke, turn right onto the K26/Dorfstraße. Follow this uphill towards Widdau/Rohren. After approx. 2 km, you will reach the entrance to Monschau-Rohren. Drive through the village following Dorfstraße (Retzstraße/Dröft). After another 1.6 km, turn right. Your holiday home at Leykaulstraße 18 is the third house on the left.
