Die Heizung ist immer wieder ausgefallen und musste instand gesetzt werden. Sehr schlecht im Januar und wenn man über Nacht ohne Heizung auskommen muss, weil niemand erreichbar ist, wenn man abends nach Hause kommt und den Fehler immer wieder feststellt.
