Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy according to Art 1382 of the Civil Code
Reservations can be cancelled without a cancellation fee up to 90 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained. If the guest cancels between the 90th day before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, they are obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
· up to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
· up to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount
· up to 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount
In case of early departure, 100% of the agreed price for the remaining days not used will be charged. Please inform us in time if you are unable to start your holiday. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance at the same time as you book your stay. This can cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to your holiday without any worries.

Our holiday apartment is situated in a quiet location at the edge of the forest. Hiking trails and bike routes pass directly by the house. Public transport is available within a few meters in the village. Winter sports are possible in the neighboring communities and can be reached within a few minutes by car and public transport. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness, sports, and wellness facilities are available in the Mals community. Numerous cultural tips, museums, and events await you in the surrounding area.
Getting there
Drive from Mals towards Laatsch. After about 1.5 km past the Gasthof Lamm, turn right and follow the road straight ahead to the last farm at the edge of the forest.
