The holiday apartment has a balcony and a spaciously laid-out garden with a sunbathing lawn and places to sit that are inviting spots to while away some time. A covered outdoor seating area lets you spend some cosy moments outside even when it's raining.
It's particularly tranquil in our house's own spa area with a sauna, a shower grotto and a relaxation room.

Our holiday residence is located near the town with unobstructed views of the wonderful surrounding mountain landscape. Shops, eateries and other important establishments can easily be reached on foot. The new ice skating rink is located just a few minutes' walk from the house.
Our house is an ideal starting point for hikes and day trips in summer and in winter.
You can reach e.g. Salzburg, Berchtesgaden and Lake Chiemsee in just 30 minutes.
Hiking and cycle routes and cross-country skiing trails run right by the house.
From the Munich motorway: Exit "Siegsdorf/Inzell/Ruhpolding", continue on the B305 towards Inzell, when you reach Inzell drive towards the ice rink ("Eisstadion"). You'll find our house on the left-hand side shortly before you reach the ice rink.

The guest can be booked at any time until the start of the booked service by
