Holiday destination
Hinterwössen is a friendly village in the middle of the Chiemgau mountains. Various hiking trails and, in winter, a cross-country ski run start directly at the house. It is less than 15 minutes to the Winklmoosalm & Steinplatte ski resort. There are also various ski lifts for small children and beginners in the immediate vicinity (e.g. Balsberg in Unterwössen). Large playground and soccer field 5 minutes on foot.
Getting there
Arriving by car from the A8 Autobahn, exit Bernau, approx. 25 minutes to the house. Parking for 2 cars on the property. For electric vehicles there is a charging facility (11kW) at the house.

Ich bin mit 5 Sternen immer etwas geizig, natürlich ein sehr schönes Haus und toller Umgebung. Ich sehe die Ausstattung auch immer zum Preis. Es fehlt aus meiner Sicht an einigen Feinheiten. Z.Bsp. keine Auflieger auf den Terrassenstühlen, keine Liegen für die Terrasse. Ein wirklich tolles Haus und dann alles IKEA? Die Spüle in der Küche ist unpraktisch. Die schöne tolle neue Haustechnik hat mich eher genervt als begeistert. In der Heizperiode hätte ich so meine Zweifel. Die eingestellten 22° C in den Bädern wurden nicht erreicht. Das war nicht gemütlich. Eine Fußbodenheizung war nicht zu spüren. Gibt es eine? Ich weiß, lamentieren auf hohem Niveau. Die freundliche und flexible Betreuung durch den Hausservice möchte ich noch erwähnen. Wallbox für Auto hat einwandfrei funktioniert. ruhige Umgebung

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne Tage im Chiemgau, gerade auch wegen der Vorzüge des tollen und großzügigen Ferienhauses. Sowohl die Kinder als auch die Erwachsenen nutzten den Pool und die Sauna ausgiebig. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und die Betreuung durch den netten Hausverwalter war super. Die Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen.
