Holiday destination
Behind this house the road is a dead end. 50 m from the woods edge. Lovely surroundings, pure nature. Magnificent views of the beautiful Oetztaler and Stubai Mountains. Plenty of walking, even directly from home. Optionally flat / rolling / climbing in the vicinity, up sharply climbing to 3,000m altitude. At 5 minutes by car from the city Oetz (shops, mountain cable car to the skiing and hiking, mountain bike rentals, etc).
A perfect location for your winter and summer holidays!

Ein wunderbares und gemütliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage am Stadtrand von Sautens. Die Eigentümer waren leicht zu erreichen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man benötigt. Das Parken kann jedoch etwas schwierig sein, wenn man mit zwei Autos reist.
