Aufgrund eines Fehlers im Verwaltungssystem von Belvilla wurde unser Aufenthalt mit zwei Tagen Verspätung auf ein falsches Datum gebucht, sodass wir nicht anreisen konnten. Belvilla erkennt den Fehler nicht an und erstattet den Betrag nicht. Dies ist betrügerische Geschäftspraxis, die sich Belvilla leisten kann, da der Hauptsitz in der Schweiz außerhalb der EU-Vorschriften liegt. Wir wurden betrogen und fühlen uns sehr schlecht behandelt.
