Cancellation policy
Due to our manageable size with only 5 chalets, cancellations or rescheduling of stays significantly affect us. Since guests usually book with us well in advance, it is very difficult for us to re-rent the chalet in case of a cancellation. For this reason, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code (The right of withdrawal according to § 11 Abs 1 FAAG is not applicable), instead our terms and conditions apply and we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
Every cancellation must be communicated in writing. The cancellation costs are:
up to 91 days before the start of the rental 40%
90 to 61 days before the start of the rental 70%
from 60 days before the arrival date or in case of early departure: 100% of the total amount
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, in case of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the daily rate according to the booking order.
Tip:
A holiday cancellation is unpleasant for both parties. So that you don't have to worry in case of a cancellation, we recommend taking out our "cancellation insurance". This saves you unnecessary costs in the event of a cancellation and protects you if something suddenly comes up…

The Zillertal and its surroundings are a highlight for every vacationer. Whether you're an athlete, adventurer, nature lover, or on a family vacation – our beautiful valley definitely has the right offer for you.
Our TIP: Be sure to take a hike to one of the over 130 serviced mountain huts in the Zillertal - the journey is worth it :)
Getting there
Coming from Germany on the A8, at the Inntal Triangle, take the A93 towards the Inntal Autobahn on the A12, at Kufstein approximately 35 km towards Innsbruck, exit at junction 39 (Achensee, Zillertal), turn right at the roundabout towards Zillertal.
Continue on the B169 (Zillertal federal road) for about 25 km towards Mayrhofen until Ramsau. At the traffic light in Ramsau, turn right towards Hippach, after about 500 m turn right again, after about 700 m turn left towards Schwendberg (Zillertaler Höhenstraße), drive uphill for about 4.5 km until you reach the place name Gruben - turn right there, after about 200 m you will find house number 431.
From here, we will take you to the cabin.

Ein wunderschönes Chalet zum Abschalten mit fantastischem Blick auf die Zillertaler Berge und dem perfekten Ausgangspunkt für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Das luxuriöse Chalet ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für einen tiefenentspannten Aufenthalt benötigen. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Sauna mit Panoramablick, der Außen-Whirlpool (ebenfalls mit Blick auf den Gipfel) und die Infrarotkabine. Erwähnenswert sind auch die warmherzigen Gastgeber Maria, Bernhard und ihre Söhne. Garantiertes Wohlbefinden bei der Ankunft. ��Versprochen!
