Cancellation conditions: an unpleasent topic, but we've got to tell you about it!
Cancellation must be made in writing and is free up to 3 months before arrival (day of start of booking) except for the retained deposit.
For cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, there is a cancellation fee in the amount of 85% of the agreed rental price.
100% of the rental price will be charged for no-shows without cancellation.
We recommend a travel cancellation insurance policy.

Mit kurzen Worten:
Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, gut aufgehoben und sind gut betreut worden.
Die Sternschnuppe lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig.
Kühlschrank war bei Anreise komplett gefüllt, d.h. ein Einkauf in den Supermärkten war nicht sofort notwendig.
Ausstattung der Küche üppig. Alles vorhanden, was man auch zu Hause vorfindet.
Die persönliche Betreuung super.
Parkplatz direkt am Hauseingang, Fahrradschuppen vorhanden
Wir haben für das nächste Jahr erneut gebucht.

Leider verging unser erster Urlaub an der Nordsee viel zu schnell. Normalerweise reisen wir in den Süden Europas, wagten wir uns in den Norden Deutschlands – und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. SPO ist ein so schöner Ort, den wir bei bestem Wetter kennenlernen durften.
Der Beginn unseres Urlaubs war besonders perfekt, da Frau Nissen es uns leicht machte, uns im Sternschnuppe wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Der Kühlschrank war bereits für das Frühstück am nächsten Tag gefüllt, und die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt sowie sauber.
Alles, was man für einen Familienurlaub benötigen könnte!!!
Vielen Dank, Frau Nissen, für Ihre persönliche Zeit und den unkomplizierten Buchungsprozess, und Sie waren immer für Fragen erreichbar.
