Ich habe bei Belvilla gebucht und dann per E-Mail eine Rechnung von Roompot bekommen... äh, Roompot... für die Kurtaxe und die Kaution; der Park gehört Roompot. Ich wollte die Bettwäsche wechseln... wen sollte ich anrufen? Meine Buchung war in der Roompot-App nicht zu finden. Ich habe trotzdem bei Roompot angerufen... man muss sich an Belvilla wenden, aber zum Glück hat mir Roompot trotzdem geholfen. Als ich im Park ankam, waren da Landal-Fähnchen und ein Schild... ähm... Landal??? Roompot und Landal haben sich anscheinend zusammengeschlossen. Die Bettwäsche fehlte, aber nachdem ich sie am Servicepoint gemeldet hatte, wurde sie geliefert. Am Ende unseres Aufenthalts mussten wir über die App auschecken. Aber welche App... Belvilla, Roompot oder Landal? Ich habe am Servicepoint ausgecheckt.
Ich verstehe, dass Sie die Ferienhäuser an mehreren Standorten vermieten möchten, aber für den Kunden ist das sehr unklar. P.S. Der PIN-Code an den Türen war sehr praktisch!
