Holiday destination
Health resort Wackersberg is a small, quaint municipality in the Bavarian Uplands, at the foot of the Karwendel mountain range in the Isar valley, south of Munich. It is located between Bad Tölz and winter sports resort Lenggries.
Innsbruck, Salzburg and Bavaria's royal castles are great destinations for a day trip. Theatre lovers will find lots of options in Munich.
Well-maintained hiking trails and bike paths as well as mountain railways are in close proximity to your holiday residence. The traditional Bavarian Inn "Altwirt" is within viewing distance.
Getting there
In Bad Tölz, follow the sign "Asklepios Stadtklinik" to the west side of the river Isar.
After passing the hospital and Evangelical church, drive uphill for 4 km.
In Wackersberg, after passing the "Altwirt" inn across from the bus stop, turn into the private driveway (to the east, by the street lamp). The house with the number 14 is set back from the street (approx. 20m).

Die Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse super. Das Haus und der Garten mit Schwimmteich ein Genuss. Die Gastgeber,Fam. Jurda sehr nett. Die Landschaft natürlich sehenswert und das Wetter war auch Klasse. Sozusagen ein perfekter Urlaub! Ich komme mit meinen 2 Hunden nächstes Jahr wieder zu der Fam. Jurda !
