Cancellation by the contracting party – Cancellation fee
5.5 Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival day of the guest, the accommodation contract can be terminated without payment of a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration by the contracting party.
5.6 Outside the period specified in § 5.5, cancellation by a unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees:
- up to 1 month before the arrival day 40% of the total arrangement price;
- up to 1 week before the arrival day 70% of the total arrangement price;
- in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the total arrangement price.

Alpine hikes, guided snowshoe tours, certified mountain guide in our neighborhood, mountain railways operating all summer, swimming in a natural lake or outdoor pool, climbing garden at the middle station of the Kitzbüheler Horn, musical events every Wednesday in summer with free admission, farmers' market every Friday.
Holiday destination
Our house is located in a completely quiet, secluded area, yet only a few minutes' walk from the town center. It features a new, very nicely rustic furnished apartment with a large south-facing balcony and an unobstructed view of the Kitzbühel Horn and the Wilder Kaiser.
In winter, the cross-country ski trail leads right past the farm. Also, some of the most beautiful ski areas in Tyrol (Steinplatte, Ski World Wilder Kaiser Ski Region Schneewinkel) are in the immediate vicinity, about 5-15 minutes' drive away.
Getting there
Exit the motorway at Kufstein Süd and take the Eiberg federal road towards St. Johann - 4 km to our farm.

Der Kontakt vor der Anreise war bereits toll, man bekam schnell und kompetent Antworten auf die gestellten Fragen.
Anreise wunderbar, leicht zu finden.
Frau Huter hat uns in Empfang genommen und die Wohnung gezeigt. Check-In erfolgte elektronisch und wir erhielten eine Gästekarte für Sankt Johann mit der man diverse Vergünstigungen erhält.
Für unser Auto war ein Stellplatz im Carport reserviert, was bei winterlichen Straßenverhältnissen Gold wert ist.
Von der Straße die an der Wohnung vorbeiführt bekommt man nichts mit da die Fenster sehr gut isoliert sind.
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Mitte der Woche haben wir sogar frische Handtücher bekommen.
Die Abreise war unkompliziert und einfach.
Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen
