Cancellation policy
Since the beginning of 2025, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax. This is staggered by category and season:
The fee from March 1st - October 31st is €15.00/night per villa and from November 1st - February 29th it is €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival or paid with Visa or Master card.

Holiday destination
The spacious villa is situated on a dream property just outside the village of Prines.
Like a dream castle, it fits into this Greek Garden of Eden. Many hundreds of years old olives, carob and oak trees surround Villa Artemis.
Enjoy the hot days in the cool shade of the ancient trees and the sunsets on the spacious terrace or in the garden with a good glass of wine. There is no through traffic etc.
Your car can be parked in the large private car park.
The exclusive location is the guarantee for unforgettable quiet holidays.
You want to learn how to cook cretically, or take a helicopter tour? If you want to marry in Crete, or celebrate your anniversary. Ask us!
Getting there
Most airports fly daily to several airlines Heraklion or Chania. From the airport it is about 85 km to the villa.
After booking you will receive a detailed directions! We are also on site and are happy to help.
When booking a rental car, we are happy to help. The car will be handed over to you at the airport. You are expected at the airport, you do not need to hire and wait anywhere. We will do everything in advance for you. You can then park the car at the airport.

Artemis ist ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort. Das Haus befindet sich am Stadtrand von Prines. Es sind nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto und 20 Minuten zu Fuß zur nächsten Taverne und zu den Geschäften. Die Villa ist vollständig ausgestattet. Sie müssen nichts mitbringen, außer Lebensmitteln. Die Einrichtung ist gehoben. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Regendusche. Ein Haartrockner, Shampoo und Flüssigseife sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist ebenfalls vollständig ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Pfannen und Besteck. Der Poolbereich ist gut dimensioniert und bietet mehrere bequeme Liegen. In den Schlafzimmern sind Satellitenfernseher vorhanden. Die Türen und Fenster sind gut schallisoliert, was angesichts der lauten Grillen besonders wichtig ist. Fazit: Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen.
