Dieses Haus ist zweifellos wunderschön, hat aber auch einige Nachteile. Zunächst einmal ist der Garten mit den Rehen hinter dem Haus einfach atemberaubend. Man kann direkt in einen kleinen Wald gehen, und es gibt jede Menge Gartenmöbel. Drinnen ist das Haus wunderbar für eine Gruppe oder eine große Familie. Was mir wirklich missfällt, sind diese unklaren Nebenkosten, die einen fast das ganze Wochenende lang stressen. Drei verschiedene Stromzähler, Gas und Wasser ... und das alles, obwohl man für dieses Haus einen ordentlichen Betrag bezahlt. Das trübt ein erholsames Wochenende einfach, denn es kann zu einem so „typisch belgischen Urlaubserlebnis“ werden, mit allen möglichen Kosten im Nachhinein, die man nicht wirklich nachweisen kann. Aus diesem Grund haben wir uns tatsächlich nicht getraut, die Sauna (die mit Strom betrieben wird) zu benutzen, und trotzdem hatten wir eine Endabrechnung von 170 €, was ich für drei Nächte und einen ganzen Tag mit meiner Familie ziemlich viel fand. Sagen wir es mal so, ich bezahle das zu Hause nicht. Das ist also ziemlich vage. Und es verdirbt einem den Spaß. Auch die dreiwöchige Wartezeit auf die Rückzahlung der 500 € Anzahlung finde ich unnötig lang.
Kurz gesagt: ein schönes Haus... aber nächstes Mal entscheide ich mich für eine All-inclusive-Ferienhauszahlung, damit ihr genau wisst, was euch erwartet.

Als Gruppe von Freunden fahren wir seit 15 Jahren für ein Wochenende in die Ardennen, jedes Mal in einem anderen Haus.
Dies ist ein wunderbar ruhiger Ort, schöner Platz für eine große Gruppe. Der Preis ist recht hoch, vor allem mit der zusätzlichen Rechnung von 230 € für Wasser/Strom. Die Sauna erwies sich als defekt, der Ofen war altersbedingt kaputt und die Bettdecken mussten ausgetauscht werden (d. h. viele Flecken).
Alles in allem könnte dieses Haus eine Renovierung vertragen, ist aber von der Lage und Größe her perfekt für eine Gruppe.
