Reservations are binding. As soon as you book the holiday apartment, we keep it free for you and cannot offer it to other guests. If we incur a loss due to a cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- The deposit will definitely not be refunded or credited in the event of a cancellation.
- Within the last 6 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the travel price.
- In the case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the price for the booked but not used days.
- If something unexpected comes up, please inform us immediately. We will, of course, do our utmost to rent out the holiday apartment to someone else.
- Therefore, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Behind Kuens, the peaks of the Texel Group rise majestically. In Meran and the surrounding area, you can embark on beautiful hikes of all levels of difficulty, scale a peak during a mountain tour, and enjoy the nature and tranquility undisturbed.
By bike, you can explore both the sunny valley and the hills and mountains. Depending on your mood, you can choose a more or less challenging tour.
Meran is naturally also great for strolling. The nearby spa town is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Getting there
The most comfortable route is via the Brenner Motorway - Brenner - Bolzano - Bolzano Sud exit - expressway (MeBo) Bolzano - Merano Sud exit - follow the signs towards Passeier Valley - Brunnenplatz - turn right into Passeier Valley - Kuens - turn right to the holiday apartments Langeshof
Tip.
In good weather conditions, we recommend the panoramic drive over the Jaufen Pass or the Timmelsjoch High Alpine Road. The Timmelsjoch is open from about May to October - toll required.
The Jaufen Pass is open all year round, but at night it is sometimes only passable at your own risk. Please inform yourself about the exact opening times and the road condition of the passes before arrival.

Enjoy the peace and the magnificent view of Schenna and Meran. In just 5 minutes you can walk to the bus stop, local restaurants, and shops in Kuens and Riffian.
Give your car a break and use the guest bus, which conveniently takes you to the starting points for hikes, e.g., on the Waalweg paths or to the starting points for summit tours.
You will find it easy to forget about everyday life and recharge your strength and energy on our lawn or on the balcony.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung Abendrot für zwei Wochen im September. Es handelte sich um eine funktional eingerichtete 37 m² große Wohnung mit einem Balkon, der einen Blick auf Schenna und Meran bot. Wir haben gerne den Brötchenlieferservice in Anspruch genommen.
Wir erkundeten die bergige Gegend zu Fuß entlang des nahegelegenen Passerflusses, unter anderem nach Meran, und mit dem Mountainbike in Richtung St. Leonhard. Auch die Region erkundeten wir mit dem Motorrad über den Mendelpass, den Gampenpass und den Stilfser Joch Pass. Nach etwa einem fünfzehnminütigen Aufstieg erreichten wir die rustikale Hilberkeller-Hütte mit ihren stabilen Gartentischen und -bänken. Wir bereuten den Spaziergang an keinem einzigen Abend. Wir fuhren zum einzigen Supermarkt in der Stadt.
