Cancellation policy
1) Rentals are only legally binding with the written confirmation of the owners.
2) Rentals begin on the day of arrival from 3 PM and end on the day of departure at 9 AM.
3) Unless otherwise agreed, the holiday home may only be occupied by the number of persons (+ number of pets) specified in the contract.
4) Cancellation of the rental agreement by the traveler:
In the event of your cancellation, you are entitled to provide a substitute tenant who takes over the concluded booking contract with all rights and obligations (rebooking). In this case, there will be no costs for you. If you cancel without rebooking:
– up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the deposit made will be retained by the landlord.
– within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, if the holiday home cannot be rented out to someone else, 90% of the total price will be charged.
5) It is advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance in your interest.

Wir haben bereits zuvor hier übernachtet, aber dies ist unser erster Besuch seit 2019. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön - sauber, komfortabel, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Sehr hilfsbereite Eigentümer - sie heißen uns immer herzlich willkommen. Ein schönes Willkommenspaket empfängt uns. Die Lage ist friedlich im Herzen der Landschaft, jedoch mit einfachem Zugang zu herrlichen Stränden. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und warm, und es gibt weitere Annehmlichkeiten (einschließlich eines Tennisplatzes und Tischtennis), obwohl wir diese nicht genutzt haben. Wir können den Standard der Unterkunft nicht beanstanden.

Unsere Woche dort war ein Traum☺ï¸
Absolut perfekt für einen Urlaub mit einem Hund. Neben dem Ferienhaus befindet sich eine 3 Hektar große Wiese, die liebevoll rundherum gemäht wird, um einen Spazierweg zu schaffen. Das gesamte Grundstück, einschließlich des Pools, ist sehr gut gepflegt.
Tolle Lage für Ausflüge in die gesamte Region. Das Meer ist etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt, und große Geschäfte sowie eine kleine Bäckerei sind in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. ��
