From 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price. Within the last week before arrival, for late arrival, or early departure, we charge the full booking price. To save costs and ensure protection, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

At the entrance to the Puster Valley, near Brixen, our Moser fruit farm is situated in an idyllic location in Schabs/South Tyrol. You can expect a quiet setting with magnificent views of meadows, forests, and mountains, where you simply feel at ease. A beautiful garden area invites you to relax and unwind.
Getting there
Exit the Brenner Motorway A22 at Brixen – Pustertal and continue towards Pustertal. After about 2 km, turn right towards Schabs. Continue to the next intersection, cross the main road, and turn left past the Schabs Volunteer Fire Department building, towards Kreuzgasse. Follow Kreuzgasse until you reach a crossroads at the end (agricultural operation on the left-hand side of the road) and turn left there. Follow this side road and continue along the orchard. At the end of the orchard, make a sharp right turn and you will see the Obsthof Moser in front of you.

Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig an ein Hang mit seitlichen Meerblick. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ca 20 Minuten. Da gibt's dann einen Lidl, Plodiene (oder so?) uvm._x000D_
Die Zimmer sind etwas abgewohnt, was die Zeit eben so mitbringt, aber absolut ausreichend und schön eingerichtet. Zwei Zimmer mit BadoSuite, ein Zimmer mit extra Bad oben, unten noch ein Zimmer mit extra Bad._x000D_
Pool super, Vermieter kommt jeden Tag vorbei und sieht nach dem Rechten (Pool Wasserwerte usw) aber immer so, das man ihn gar nicht merkt. Uns hat er absolut nicht gestört._x000D_
Wahnsinnig viele Schmetterlinge, Hummeln&Bienen dank der Bepflanzung mit Lavendel rund ums Haus._x000D_
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden bestimmt noch mal kommen._x000D_
Ach ja.... Wenn man der netten Dame aus Österreich einmal ihr Sprüchlein aufsagen lässt, hat man danach Ruhe ?_x000D_
Zumindest war's bei uns so.

Das Haus ist perfekt. Der Pool ist toll. Die Lage ist landschaftlich super, jedoch ist es schon recht weit zum nächsten Supermarkt. Ohne Auto und 1-1,5h Zeit für den Einkauf geht hier nichts. Wer die Abgeschiedenheit liebt, ist hier goldrichtig. Aber wir haben uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich möchte der schlechten Rezension von Robert deutlich Wiedersprechen. Der Vermieter war jeden Tag da um den Pool zu säubern. Das ist aber vollkommen normal und war in allen anderen Häusern, die wir vorher gemietet habe auch so. Wir waren mit Kindern und 2 Hunden da. Da war auch nicht immer alles ordentlich. Der Vermieter hat sich aber beim Pool reinigen fast unsichtbar gemacht und sich nie beschwert. Die österreichische Nachbarin muss man allerdings tatsächlich aushalten können. Bei uns war es nicht so schlimm, aber mit der Polizei hat sie auch bei uns gedroht nur weil 1x ein Tennisball gegen ihren schäbigen Holzzaun geflogen ist. Ich persönlich fand es eher amüsant.
