This beautiful flat in Baierbrunn is spacious, quiet and located in the south of Munich in the Pullach-Grünwald-Baierbrunn triangle. With 3,000 inhabitants, this is the smallest of the three towns, an idyll.
Only 25 min. from the city centre by S-Bahn and 30 min. by car.
The centre for all excursion destinations in the city + beautiful surrounding countryside. Directly adjacent to several nature reserves such as the Isar valley in the affluent piece of the southern Speckgürtel and Munich itself.

Getting there
Munich's Marienplatz can be reached in 29 minutes by S-Bahn every 20 minutes. The S-Bahn is a 10-minute walk from the flat. By car it takes about 35 min to the city centre (Attention: Parking is difficult and expensive in Munich). The car can be parked in front of the house permanently and free of charge. Electric cars can be charged at our wallbox. The KWh is charged at 49 cents.
