Life can be unpredictable, and we certainly try our best to find a replacement if something comes up. However, if that's not possible, we regretfully have to charge for the cancelled stay as follows:

Any deposits made will be fully refunded.

From 6 days before arrival: 90%
100% for no-shows or early departure.
